Teleperformance has 270 contact centres around the world, with presence in 62 countries and over 36 years of experience. They employ over 8000 people in the UK, with 6 contact centres in Scotland alone.

In 2010 Teleperformance acquired ‘BeCogent’ and were attracted to the area’s availability of an educated and proactive workforce. Teleperformance believe that Lanarkshire’s community spirit plays a huge role in motivating and engaging their employees.
