Media Scotland was created in January 2012 when Trinity Mirror merged the Scottish Daily Record and Sunday Mail with sister company Scottish and Universal Newspapers. SLW4U activity has proved to be a catalyst for new service development for unemployed people, making it easier for local businesses to connect with recruitment support.
